Active manifold

◆ In the process of test,the fluid after flowing through the drilling rod or tubing to ground must be controlled to guide to separator and burners.This device is called the surface control assembly and it can effectively control the pressure and flow rate of fluid.
　　◆ Control head is connected with the top of test string,divided into both kinds,the rotary and the un-rotary,or three kinds,the 35MPa、70MPa and 105MPa by the supporting pressure,which is applicable for high-pressure fluid flowing out of the string as well as fluid being pumped into downhole.
　　◆ It is used to control the manifold of the liquid's pressure and flow,which is connected with control head on the top,and connected with separator and blowout pipeline on the bottom.
　　◆ The rated pressures of drilling floor manifold include 35MPa、70MPa and 105MPa.
　　◆ High-pressure active manifold is connected with control head,separator and blowout pipeline,which consists of special thich seamless steel tube,union and swing joint.
